Live Blogging the Madoff Hearing: "Guilty" to All 11 Counts

Bernard Madoff has pled guilty to all 11 counts of the criminal information filed by prosecutors. Judge Chin says that he is inclined to accept the plea. But without a plea bargain, Chin says there is no basis for objections by victims. Still, he’s going to let them speak now.
