Cleary Gottlieb, Wilson Sonsini Switch On Networking Deal

Hewlett-Packard will pay $2.7 billion to buy 3Com, a Massachusetts-based networking equipment manufacturer. Lawyers from Cleary Gottlieb and Wilson Sonsini helped the two connect.
