Another IP Partner Leaves Kirkland

MoFo Works Second Intel Deal in Two Weeks with Infineon Purchase
Morrison & Foerster advised Intel on its second billion-dollar deal in two weeks. The world's largest computer chip maker picked up Infineon's wireless unit, which was represented by Paul Weiss, for more than $1 billion.
