Wachtell Promotes Two to Partner

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz elected two associates to partner Tuesday, bolstering its corporate and restructuring practices, Nate Raymond reports in the New  York Law Journal, a sibling publication.

The newly elected partners are Benjamin Roth in the firm's corporate practice and Joshua Feltman in Wachtell's restructuring practice.

The promotions are a drop from the six lawyers elected to partner last year, according to the NYLJ.

The new partners announced Tuesday will bring the total number of partners at the firm to 88.
